Ringkøbing

Ringkøbing is down to the fjord, near the North Sea and the national park on the river Skjern. The city is surrounded by a beautiful nature with glorious little paths that can be seen both on foot and by bicycle.

Ringkøbing is charming and the cobbled streets connecting the center of the port area. This is where the fishermen still their mark on the city though the harbor now primarily used by the fjord fishermen and sailors. The previously bustling harbor is today changed to an oasis where you can let your eyes wander over the fjord, while you can also take a walk along the pier or enjoy the water's edge. In the port area there are many opportunities to sit and enjoy the atmosphere while having something to look at.

Ringkøbing offers a cozy downtown filled with charming experiences, but the area around the city, not far from the sea, can offer countless of interesting sights.

Right between Ringkøbing and Herning is the good commercial Videbæk. Videbaek and surrounding area offers many opportunities for shopping in an exciting trading environment, a string of exciting attractions and sights, and there are ample opportunities for an active holiday. Videbæk is a modern oasis where family comes first. A few kilometers east of Videbæk lies on the Mid and West Jutland's main attractions, Jyllands Park Zoo, which is pure paradise for children with more than 700 animals, large playgrounds, trains, boats, carousels and more.

Ringkøbing is one of the oldest and best preserved towns in Denmark, and is great in the landscape along the beautiful fjord. The old town center of the square, the church and the harbor as the focal point is incredibly beautiful and well preserved. Everything in the city is lovingly restored and done a lot to preserve large parts of the "old Ringkøbing" in its original form. The result is obvious when strolling around the center. The city buzzes with people who enjoy the atmosphere.

North Sea and fjord offers incredible nature experience, whether you want to frolic in the waves, watch the sunset or just take a walk and maybe find a piece of amber.

There is free access to the beaches along the west coast.

Godavari Pushkar Ghat

Godavari Pushkar Ghat:

Pushkar ghat is a famous ghat on River Godavari located at kotagumam in Rajahmundry. There are various temples located inside the ghat. On every fullmoon day an event called Godavari Harathi will be organized at this ghat. Lot of people will attend this event. There is swimmers club located inside this ghat.

The Old Godavari Bridge or The Havelock Bridge is a decommissioned bridge that spans the Godavari River in Andhra Pradesh, India. Commissioned in 1900, the bridge served trains plying between Howrah and Madras. It is the earliest of three bridges that span the Godavari River at Rajahmundry. The Godavari Arch Bridge was later constructed as a replacement for the Havelock Bridge. The bridge along with the Godavari bridge and Godavari Arch Bridge is one of the most recognised symbols of Rajahmundry.
